5VT6126
The 5VT® 5VT6126 is a highly integrated Ethernet switch SoC designed for modern cloud-era networks. It combines a feature-rich switching core with an embedded ARM A53 CPU (800 MHz/1.2 GHz), delivering 440 G I/O bandwidth, a 400 G core, and 24×13 G plus 8×28 G SerDes lanes. Its integration makes it well suited for edge-switch designs such as 32×10GE or 48×1GE/2.5GE with 25G/50G uplinks. As the sixth-generation 5VT TransWarp™ device, it supports L2/L3, MPLS, VXLAN, and advanced telemetry via an internal IPFIX engine. The chip offers AES-256 MACSec and CloudSec, Segment Routing, and IEEE 1588v2, and its pipeline is optimized for XGPON in 5G applications. It also includes flexible tunneling functions for wire-speed PPPoE, GTP, and G.INT. Additional features include a 9 MB adaptive buffer, on-chip CAPWAP processing, flow tracing, high-performance security, CoPP, full OAM support, a programmable traffic manager, NVGRE/VXLAN, data-center features like PFC/ETS/TRILL/FCoE, cut-through forwarding, extensive diagnostics, large SDN tables, dual-stack IPv4/IPv6, and jumbo-frame support up to 9600 bytes.
