The device supports an HSGMII interface and can deliver 2.5G WAN access using a plug-in 2.5GE PHY. Its L2/L3 hardware acceleration reaches up to 4 Gbps, and it offers high CPU packet handling performance with software acceleration up to 1.8 Gbps. CPU-to-WiFi communication is hardware-accelerated to reduce DDR load and enhance WiFi throughput. The packet-forwarding engine allows flexible configuration and custom features. High-speed interfaces such as USB 3.0 and PCIe include ACP acceleration up to 2 Gbps. It provides hardware acceleration for VXLAN, IPv6, and multiple IPv4/IPv6 transition technologies. DRAM options include DDR3 or DDR4 with selectable 8- or 16-bit width, and the flash subsystem supports SPI or parallel NAND to give customers flexible choices.
