We uphold the principle of zero defects in manufacturing to deliver products that meet customer needs. This commitment is supported by a robust quality management system that defines standardized, comprehensive procedures for every department and process. To continually enhance customer satisfaction, we have established a detailed review process to manage and assess various customer requirements. In addition to meeting these needs, we follow a strict MRB procedure to address customer complaints. When necessary, advanced FA analysis methods—including SEM, EDX, FIB, and FTIR—can be employed to accurately identify failure modes for research and investigation. Throughout production, real-time SPC monitoring, yield tracking, and other controls ensure effective oversight of process data, with continuous improvement driven by regular reviews. During product changes, we implement a standardized product change notification procedure to evaluate and validate any modifications that may impact functionality or reliability, ensuring customers are properly informed. Furthermore, a wide range of standardized procedures, mechanisms, and systems are in place to support the consistent production of high-quality products.

We have a set of complete and rigorous procedures and standards for the selection, verification and management of partners.

All the selected partners are Tier 1 suppliers in the industry. They have rich manufacturing experience and long-term strategic cooperative relations. They have also passed ISO9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001 / ESD 20.20 and other professional certifications.

High-quality products are defined not only by their performance and environmental friendliness, but also by their high reliability.

High quality reflects a product’s performance at the current stage, while reliability represents its performance over long-term use.

During new product design, certification, and mass production, 5V-TECH conducts comprehensive reliability testing, including wafer-level reliability assessments. All tests are performed in accordance with international JEDEC and AEC-Q100 standards.

5V-TECH is committed to becoming a global leader in communication design. Energy conservation and environmental protection remain central to our vision throughout the entire chip design and production process. We have established a comprehensive management and inspection system for hazardous substances, ensuring full compliance from material sourcing to product manufacturing. All chemicals used in production meet stringent regulatory standards.

Our products comply with RoHS II—Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (2011/65/EU). The concentrations of the ten restricted substances (Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr⁶⁺, PBBs, PBDEs, and the four phthalate plasticizers DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP) are all controlled within the permitted limits, supported by third-party test reports of homogeneous materials.

We also adhere to government environmental, safety, and health regulations. In addition, we conduct thorough investigations into conflict minerals—including Au, Ta, W, Sn, and Co—throughout our supply chain to ensure they do not originate from conflict mining areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or neighboring countries such as Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, or Kenya.
